Using a well-respected textbook and authentic material, students study listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, speaking, and pronunciation.
The Elective Academic TOEFL classes for 10 hours per week are designed for students whose goal is to reach the high test levels required by many Canadian universities and colleges. Through intensive instruction and practice of the language, students master the integrated skills of the New Generation TOEFL.
Students receive 25 hours of classroom instruction, 5 hours of social activities and 2 hours of guided self-study each week. ECSL classes are offered from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Students receive their class schedule on their second day at school.
