Su-Chi Lin (Ellen) -

Hello. My name is Ellen and I am from Taiwan. I like ECSL very much. They have an organized system to help students learn English. ECSL also has good teachers, books and lessons. They are very strict about their ‘English-Only Policy’ so the students have many chances to learn English. So if you choose ECSL, you will enjoy your experience learning English !

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

Welcome to East Coast School of Languages! We are proud of our school, and we're sure that you will improve your English skills very quickly - while having a wonderful social and cultural experience. However, we need your help, too. Please follow these conditions of enrollment, so that together we can make your stay with us rewarding and enjoyable.

Classes:

Your classes will be assigned after your placement test. If we are not able to offer the classes of your choice, at your level, we will suggest an alternative.

You must pay your fees in full at least 2 weeks before your start, or extension, date.

English Only Policy:

You must speak English in the school and during school activities. The first time you speak another language, you will not be allowed to attend school the next day. The second time you speak another language, you will not be allowed to attend school for three days. The third time you break the policy, you will be suspended from the school, without a refund.

Health Insurance:

All ECSL students must have health insurance to attend classes or social activities.
Either: Show us your health insurance from your own country (make sure it covers your stay in Canada).
Or: Purchase insurance for your study period when you arrive at ECSL.
