Camp Registration
- Complete registration below.
- Send to ECSL via fax at 1-902-429-3275. You can also email or submit your application on-line.
- A deposit of $1000.00 will be due upon registration. Fees can be paid by Bank Transfer or International Money Order payable to East Coast School of Languages.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, ECSL will email your Confirmation of Registration and mail your Camp Package which includes Camp Manual, Student Contract and other important information.
- Remaining fees are due 30 days before course commencement.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation rules apply: If you cancel more than 30 days before the camp start date, you will receive 80% of deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before the camp start date, no refund of deposit fees will be given. If you cancel after the camp starts, you will receive no refund of program fees.

Terms and Conditions
- Students will be accepted into the East Coast Language Camp when we have received a completed, signed Application Form and a signed Student Contract.
- You must send a $1000.00 deposit to reserve a space in the camp. Full fees must be sent at least 30 days prior to the first day of the camp. Your child will not be met at the airport unless we have received full fees.
- The following cancellation rules apply: If you cancel more than 30 days before the camp start date, you will receive 80% of deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before the camp start date, no refund of deposit fees will be given. If you cancel after the camp starts, you will receive no refund of program fees.
- We must receive full flight arrival information at least 7 days before your child arrives in Halifax. If there are any last-minute changes to flight information, you should email us immediately at info@ecslcanada.com
- Camp fees cover accommodation for the dates of the camp only. If your child arrives before the camp starts, or stays after the camp finishes, you must arrange and pay for airport transfer fees ($250.00) and additional accommodation (prices will vary).
- All students will be collected from the airport on the same day. If your child arrives on a different day or leaves on a different day, he or she will have to pay for special airport transfer fees ($250.00).
- You and your child must both sign the Student Contract and return it to us by fax or mail at least 30 days prior to the start of the camp. If your child breaks the rules of the camp and is asked to leave early, you will be responsible for arranging return travel for your child at your expense.
- Your child will need some spending money for the camp. Please make sure he/she has enough for the month and for the journey to and from home. East Coast Language Camp staff will not give or lend money to your child. If your child needs more money, you can send, by courier, an international money order made payable to East Coast School of Languages. Please make sure you send a letter to tell us who the money is for. We will not release any money to your child until we have received and cashed the money from you.
- East Coast Language Camp will not be responsible for your child's personal property. We strongly suggest that you discourage yourr child from bringing expensive electronics, laptops etc.
- Medical insurance is provided for the duration of the camp dates only. If your child will be staying longer, you must arrange additional medical coverage. Medical insurance is not included for travel to and from home country.
- I understand that East Coast Language Camp may take photos or video of camp participants. These will be used for promotional materials only. I understand neither I nor my child will receive financial compensation for their use.
