How to Register at ECSL
We are pleased that you have made the choice to study at ECSL. Follow the easy registration steps to complete the Registration process.
- It is the students' responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa for entry to Canada. Students studying for more than six months generally require a Study permit. Please check Canadian Citizenship & Immigration at www.cic.gc.ca for additional information relating to your country.
- Complete our On-line ECSL Registration Form
- Once ECSL receives your application, we will contact you to organise payment of the $150 non-refundable application fee. Once your application fee is paid we will send you an invoice for your fees owed and Letter of Acceptance. The Letter of Acceptance can be used if you need to apply for a Study permit. You can pay these fees by Visa, Master Card, Amex, Bank Transfer, International Draft or cheque. Our banking information will be listed on your invoice.
- After receiving your full fees, ECSL will send your receipt via mail, fax, or courier. Courier fees must be paid in advance.
- If you have applied for a host family, ECSL will send a Host Family Profile of your new family closer to your time of departure. Homestay fees for your first month are due prior to arrival at ECSL along with your tuition. You should apply for homestay service at least four weeks before arriving at ECSL otherwise a homestay place may not be guaranteed and extra fees may apply. ECSL cannot guarantee all homestay placements and preferences will be met.
